Some of my inventory disappears

Sounds like you are running into limits of our inventory system. Don't worry, you won't lose any items, and they haven't been lost. You simply have too many items and the accessing is timing out before completing.

Can you post your client_log.txt. We'd like to look into your account to see what we can do to improve this.

My reply became a report.I'm very sorry.

All the items have been returned by dismantling the surplus items in July 30th.

I have 3758 items in my inventory in the Aug 1st.

I don't think items have been lost.And the Item information just is not loaded.

Yeah, this is a known issue unfortunately. Our recommendation currently is to limit the number of items in your inventory.
