Wanda's many skins share the same/similar head size. However Snowfallen Wanda stands out to her other skins, sporting a larger head which can be a bit glaring.

of course I’m totally not pointing at any of our fellow survivors, but character skins do like to get a little more… “brainy” than usual sometimes… especially come the cold months… what a strange coincidence…
