It looks like there's an issue with your internet setup, or possibly your internet provider.

Your log file is mentioning that "Could not resolve host: items.kleientertainment.com". Can you go to https://items.kleientertainment.com/HealthCheck in a browser and tell us what you see. It should say "OK".

Are you going to that website on the same computer as the one that is having problems with DST?

Did you ever resolve this problem? I seem to have the same issue. I have some fantastic skins that almost never appear, just a very small selection of clothing options show up. I forget they exist until they randomly appear again, like yours it's maybe 5-10% of the time that I get to use them but can't identify any pattern to it. 

Having similar issues with a 'Stone wall' skin, I select it before crafting but get normal walls both in item and placed form.

It seems like I got this bug too. After tests skins don't load only in worlds that I made. But offline worlds (not just LAN) don't have such issue. Also connecting to other servers still lets me use skins. In character select I can choose all unlocked characters, I pick Wormwood apply skins and after appearing in the portal I am base Wilson. After making another world I pick Woody apply skins and spawn as base Woody without them. In this world I can still get gifts and choose skins, but most items don't get them when crafted. The one that worked is "Spectraflux Pack".

After loading to the woody world (client_log.txt is from this log) seems like all skins work again, still need to build a wardrobe to be sure.
