Skin completion counting event skins

Used to have 100% on Wigfrid's skins (and a friend had 100% on Woodie) and now we have 87% on each character. My guess is it's counting event skins (Challenger and Halloween) for these.

Steps to Reproduce
1. be a skrub and buy skins 2. check item completion 3. cry cause it isnt 100% even though you spent 50$+ on this character

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I'm experiencing the same problem; shelled out tons of cash on Wilson's skins and dropped from 100% to 88% when the event ended. I was thinking it had to be this, only to have it confirmed with your report. It'd be nice if this could be fixed soon!
