Sfx When Walter's Pellets hit something is missing with caves enabled

There was a new sound effect when a pellet hits something that was added a while back, it sounds like a slap. But this is only audible with worlds that don't have caves enabled. (Credit goes to @omegapent for discovering this issue first, I just re-reported it.)


Steps to Reproduce

Play on a world without caves and fire the slingshot, hear the "slap!" sound.

Now generate a new world WITH caves, fire the shot again at a mob and no slap sfx plays.
