Return of bug

I can attest to the "no bees in new bee box" thing, the bees wouldn't come out to pollinate sunlit flowers from a newly placed bee box. The bee box wouldn't produce honey, but it could produce honey some in-game days later.

I think the intention with the Seed Bag was to facilitate the transfer of seeds to an ice box from a big garden growing random seeds. It could also be imitating a real-life version of a bag which carries only seeds/tree seeds. I do agree though that the Seed Bag deserves some upgrade.
