Retrofitted biomes lack turf

please disable all client mods and then verify your game files via steam and see if that fixes the issue.

@ScottHansen Sorry for the late reply.

It seems for some reason retrofitting fails on initial server startup - the timer starts but doesn't finish once someone joins which prevents retrofitting from completing properly. I've went around the issue by waiting for 30 seconds to pass after joining  then rolling back to last save. I also had a pre-update backup which I extracted several times to verify my guess and each time retrofitting failed on initial startup. Might be something to look here.
