reducing resolution reduce fps

the native resolution of my screen is 1920x1080 but because the game is unplayable in that resolution in long term worlds i decided to reduce it to 1600x900 (both in game and screen setting from windows). Instead of getting more dps or being the same it drops to ~40 even in the title menu (when before it was 60 ouside of crowded places)

i stick to full resolution i think Klei never thought of testing the game on low resolutions the game is a bit outdated and might get fixed but who knows.

me too but when i changed my wire and see that dst and ds become unplayable i tried lowering it but if i change the resolution i cant get full screen and even change the resolution again both of things even editing the config file
