Received present on pause screen

When I sat afk on pause for abt 30 mins and I got the present sound I don't know if this is intentional or not and can be used to farm presents

I do have some mods active but nothing that would change the game directly just textures

Steps to Reproduce

Stay on pause screen for a while

Nothing stopping you from going supergodmode and afking the same way (pause requires admin priveledges).
