Reaping/blowdart/bugnet/fishing/oceanfishing animation has pigtails snapping problem from the front facing

In short, pigtails's animation are not perfect loop, final animation frame does not connect to beginning animation frame.

Ya, SO many animations have this problem I'm sure it's a major problem with almost all animations.

Klei really needs to fix it and update their animation template to not have this bugged pigtail snapping so it doesn't occur in future animations either
