After using the Clean Sweeper to re-skin the Tam o Shanter and dying to hounds it dissapeared. Same happened to my friend playing with me. I think it was Spring, but dont know if this might be helpful. Tried relogging but the item was still missing, and it was never dropped once i died.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Use Clean Sweeper on Tam o Shanter.
2. Wear the item.
3. Die to hounds.
