[RE-REPORT] Loading Times Are Taking Forever

The loading times to change shards are taking forever.

I think whatever fix was done in the Moon Quay update about the ocean not loading properly is the cause. I went from caves to the surface and I saw my tiles go black then immediately got fixed. But this is pure speculation.

Please fix, it's very annoying.

Steps to Reproduce

Loading times are taking forever.

This time placed it in the right tracker.

yes, I also have the same problem - i connect from caves to overworld, and sea tiles become blue from black after a second
