This bug report made it so mini signs could not draw underground mole worms whose name would be "Raised Dirt"
What it also did was prevent a bunch of previously drawable stuff from being drawn onto Mini Signs (typically stuff that was also an inventory item).
This includes:
- Rabbits
- Bees and Killer Bees
- Spores (Red, Green, and Blue)
- Fireflies
- Butterflies
- Birds when asleep (flopping birds work)
- Slurper
And possibly others that I may have missed.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
