raiseanchor indexes bufferedaction before ~= nil condiiton

Code in SGwilson.lua:

            inst.anchor = inst.bufferedaction.target
            inst.SoundEmitter:PlaySound("dontstarve/wilson/make_trap", "make")
            inst.AnimState:PushAnimation("build_loop", true)
            if inst.bufferedaction ~= nil then

If inst.bufferedaction is nil, the server crashes because it's indexed before the condition.
