Proof Of Purchase - Wrong Redeem code.

I bought 6 goods. all of them has each proof of purchase redeem code. I bought all PoP goods, except Mandrake Plush.

and I received it recently.

but... There're some problems.

4 of Codes has 20 characters correctly, but 2 of Codes just has 12 characters!! (ex : XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, not XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)

what should I do in this situation? I'll waiting for your reply.

Steps to Reproduce
I bought 6 goods with each redeem code. but 2 of them has inappropriate redeem code just with 12 characters, not 20.

Unfortunately, we are only able to check basic store records here at the game studio. However, our friends at IndieBox (who handles everything Klei Shop) has the tools to track orders and provide you with prompt support regarding any store inquiries and support requests.
