pile o' ballons consumed when crafting

i tried the new rework, crafted the speed balloon and realized that it consumed the pile o' ballons so i couldnt craft anything else so i dont know if it happens with the other crafts

 

edit: was global pause mod or api gem mod cause the problem

edit: okey, i have tried without the API gem and pause mod and it works fine
