Happened in Klei official server, a griefer joined and able to start vote even in day 1.

Steps to Reproduce

join a game

somehow able to start a vote

and it's gone.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I reported this maybe two months ago and got jack for response...

 

In my experience the ability to kick and regen world on day 1 is caused by a mod. I can find it when I have more time.

Sorry, sometimes we go through periods where there is less than ideal coverage on the bug tracker.

I'm really glad this got reported again. It will be fixed in the next hotfix.
