When opening the game with custom language mod enabled the game crashes and disables all mods

Steps to Reproduce

1. subscribe a custom language mod

2. enable the mod 

3. restart the game

screen turns all black and crashes the game

The log included is for Oxygen Not Included. Did you intend for this bug to be on the ONI bug tracker, or is it the wrong log file?
