Networking Failed to Start

When I try to generate or launch a server, this error pops up. However, for one of my worlds (which happened to be my longest world) it says "Dedicated Server Failed to Start" when I resume it.

P.S. I also have a dedicated server running which I can join freely. But the one with the "dedicated server" error mentioned above is a hosted server.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch any hosted server.
Go to bugs

According to your log you're hitting SOCKET_PORT_ALREADY_IN_USE. Most likely you've got a dedicated server running on your computer already, or some other process that is using the various ports used by DST. You'll want to make sure that nothing else is using port 10888, 10998, and 10999.
