Mushrooms Regrown from Rain Are Both Temporarily Invisible and Harvestable At Any Time

Pick a mushroom of any color. Have it rain for a while. Sit there and have your mouse over it while you wait for the rain to regrow the mushroom.

See that when the mushroom has regrown, it will A) be invisible, and B) always be available for the player to pick. The mouse tooltip will indicate to you that the mushroom regrew, since it will stop saying examine and will instead say pick.

Here's a demonstration with a Blue Mushroom cap that was regrown from the rain. It's invisible and it let me pick it outside of its normal harvesting times (aka night time).
