The shadow rifts uproot mushrooms but it seems that the mushrooms aren't renewable in the caves (unless they are).
We also don't have a mushroom regrowth option for the caves.
Steps to Reproduce
Shadow rift opens.
My mushrooms get uprooted.
Cry.
