If the player has 16 or more moonblind crows or misshapen birds in their inventory, then when they do the wagstaff moonstorm event, no birds will spawn and the event can be done incredibly easily.
Steps to Reproduce
1. acquire 16 misshapen birds or moonblind crows (bird_mutant or bird_mutant_spitter)
2. begin the wagstaff moonstorm event
3. witness no bird waves will spawn and attack the energetic static
