Mods not Loading

I'm having a problem with (server) mods from workshop.
Some server mods do not work on DST at all. I tried a lot of stuff (unsubscribe/resub, reinstalling game, looking through forum) and could not find anything. Can anybody help me with this?

I attached the Image of the Mods screen and the DXDiag File.

Steps to Reproduce

Subscribe to a (Usually Server) Workshop Mod through the Workshop on Steam
Run Game
Check "Mods"
Some mods should be corrupted/broken
 

Go to bugs

The support article didn't suggest trying to delete the mods in the Steam Workshop folder: 

steam/steamapps/workshop/content/322330/

This folder is where it downloads and caches mods for the "v2" mod api, I'd try deleting its contents and having the mods redownload.

Yea it did not help. I see other people having this issue too, and I have no idea what causes it :(
