Missing Pigman bank anim files and various other Hunchback issues

  • Pending

A few issues have come up since the launch of the Wurt/Winona beta going into live. It seems that between the last hotfix and the live release, hunchbacks had their animations and sprites revised to allow for more unique looking equipment holding stances.

This has led to a few issues with some hunchback builds being left behind, and a few other banks seemingly missing.

Firstly, the pigman bank and the Elite Pigs (Year of the Pig King) unique animations seem to be missing. This causes them to go invisible and missing whenever the PK minigame starts. The zip is there but its empty.

On a different note, Prime Mates seem to be missing the new sprite overhaul that almost every other Hunchback received, leading to them having missing limbs and broken animations.
Note the missing arm!

(Side note, it might be worth switching them to the new tool holding anims used by Merms, since they're identical but slightly more polished versions of the Prime Mate attack anims?)

Lastly, all the Pigmen got their needed symbols EXCEPT for the spotted Pig build, leading to the same invisible arm issue listed above.

Steps to Reproduce

Go through the various hunchback builds. Make note that almost every Pigman/Merm can now properly hold tools, but some builds such as Prime Mate and 'Pigspotted' are missing their required symbols.
These can be tested by giving the specific builds tools.
Ones like Prime Mates can be seen by just encountering them in-game.

Additionally, the poses and unique animations for Elite Pigs seem to be missing as well. These can be seen by playing the YOTPK minigame event.

This also affects the pig elites summoned by pig_coins

This is true, it's loped into the main post since they directly pull from the files listed above, so fixing the root should fix all the tie-ins.

I do wonder, does this problem affect gobblers aswell?

Gobblers use their own animation banks and builds. Whilst hunchbacks, they're different. Though this does mean they're unable to hold tools or play any of the similar other shared anims between Merms/Pigmen.
