I don't know how this happened exactly but i'm listing what i did in the Steps to Reproduce section.

Steps to Reproduce

1- Change your Beefalo's head to Flowery Headgear.

2- Attack and kill something.

3- Let your Beefalo throw you from his back.

4- See your Beefalo's missing eyes.

Do you know when your beefalo changed from the Nature set to the original Beefalo?

I'm not sure but i think, it happened after it threw me and i rode it back.
