Malbatross spawning minor issue

from the last hotfix Malbatross respawning countdown would appear normally and can respawn after the countdown finished. but as I tested quite a few times Malbatross still seems to stop respawning under a certain condition as I described below. I cannot confirm that this actually be a bug but I think it needs to be confirmed whether it's working as intended or not.

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1.find the first ever Malbatross in the world

Step 2.kill the said Malbatross

Step 3.go somewhere else out of the range of the deep bass shoal and stay there until the Malbatross respawning countdown finished

Step 4.exit and re-enter the server

Step 5.go find the Malbatross, he wouldn't spawn

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

 Ahaha,the amount of bugs Malbatross has makes me think someone at Klei wants her gone... Hmmmm...

Fishing in the Oceanfish_ Shoalspawner still has a chance for Malbatross spawn.

But getting close to Oceanfish_ Shoalspawner many times won't make Malbatross spawn.
