Lost skin items

So I logged in today to get some of the new skins, and discovered that my Creepy Cauldron and Hutch Head Disguise are now locked. The former, I bought a while back while the latter I obtained as a drop. Why are these locked now?

Steps to Reproduce

There isn't really a way to reproduce this besides having the skin items before the Hallowed Nights update and updating. I don't know how to re-create this. Just want my skins back.

You might be looking at the new Woven rarity versions of those items. If you scroll down, or change the filter settings, you'll see that your items have been converted to Heirloom rarity.
