Ice Flingomatic Unusable

I've encountered an issue where I have prototyped an ice flingomatic, but cannot place it anywhere in my camp. Is there some limitation to where these can be placed that I have not been able to find described anywhere else? Please help!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Prototype ice flingomatic.

2. Attempt to place.

3. Nothing happens.

Go to bugs

Make sure there's enough space around. Can you send a screenshot where you're trying to place it?
