Hallowed Trinkets Spawn In the Ocean

I don't think that's a bug, but apparently it happened to all if not most worlds

Probably better to address it to future proof it (ie. New worlds made under Hallowed Nights and fir when next years event comes around again), even if older worlds don't get the fix, imo.
