Goatshead Cane: RE-Skin Walking Cane is not making bright anymore, is normal?

I just want to repport this because is one of my favorite re-skins of Walking Cane, and i really don't if this planned or not, is the only re-skin who don't make bright anymore. I tested the other re-skin of the Walking Cane and this is the only affected after the halloween update.

Yeah happened to me to but even before hallowed nights update. When using Clean Sweeper to change cane skin into goat skin, it wont produce the sparkling effect

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue. I believe it has been fixed already. Please let me know fi you're still having issues!
