I have to weigh in. During the beta, this was an excellent addition and was one of the only sources of a very active and involved fight. Having this removed I truly don't believe was the right move, especially in the face of it being in the beta from start to finish. It's disappointing to see it go, in the face of the feature being in the game for the entire beta. Especially since it's optional.

It was not deleted. Judging by the stream, it will be the next update tied to the ocean and rafts. It was moved in the same way as the lunar hail
