Flower Garland Negative Sanity

For some reason, the flower garland is causing negative sanity when wearing in the day time rather than positive sanity. 

Steps to Reproduce

Create flower garland, wear, negative sanity drain. 

Go to bugs

Working as intended if you are playing as Wurt.

Garland and Seawreath effects were swapped for Wurt (cause she hates flowers and loves seaweed)

In update 505508 the sanity effects of Garlands, Seawreaths and Milkmade hats were flipped for Wurt. Modded characters that are tagged as "merm" will also have this applied. Please let me know if this is not the case for you.
