Double clicked to start game.. title screen loads--see screenshot and attached "client_log.txt" for more details. Thanks.

Looking at the log, it seems that the game is missing a file - which is causing the crash. Please verify Don't Starve Together's game files to replace any missing or corrupted files.

Should the issue persist, go your game's install folders on Steam, \Steam\steamapps\common\Don't Starve Together\data\anim\ and delete the file folder called "Dynamic". 

Once the folder has been deleted, verify the game files once more so that Steam replaces the folder with the necessary files. From there launch the game once more.
