As title says, if a whitelist has more than 1 KU ID, only the ID on the last line of the file will be in the whitelist.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a server with a whitelist of at least 2 people. Set the number of slots in the server to 2 and do the same with the number of reserved slots (so that all slots are reserved for whitelisted players). Try to join as one of the people whose ID was before the last one.
