Dedicated Server Failed to restart. Rollback tabs also has all states as unknown for some reason. 

Master and Cave Logs included.

All mods have been disabled.

Files have been varified in steam.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help you solve the problem. My friends and I would do anything to get the server back into working order.
