Dedicated Server Failed to Start After recent New Update

I have created a new Dedicated server not starting but it is not connecting to steam? Everything was working fine until a week ago once i updated the server, i think something in a patch broke it, server will not show up ingame anymore or on steam. Here's complete log. The application is allowed in firewall and i have added the ports used individually to the firewall and they appear to be open.

I am also renting a server from a game hosting provider ( Ascend Servers ) and also have the same issue, really need help with this.

Steps to Reproduce
Hosted server before update around 2 weeks ago, worked fine as dedicated server, updated, server no longer shows ingame list despite being updated.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Same here, I am renting servers through gtxgaming and have no problems whatever so the past 9 months until October 5'th.

Try connecting to your server manually  IP:PORT.

I don't believe your servers not starting, just not being listed on the masterserver.
