Cooking causes character to stop and do their talking animation

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but as the title says, the character will keep trying to stop in-between cooking food to do their talking animation as well as playing their talking sound. I can't remember which update this started from but It doesn't seem to serve any purpose, so I'm curious if it was intentional.

Steps to Reproduce

Play as any character and cook food over a fire.

Started since the year of tiger event and its real annoying effects a lot of actions like fighting and basically almost anything too
