Common skin weren't replaced by Winter's Feast Chest

I still received the normal drops instead of winter's feast chest.
I press on "Play offline" at first then quit and log in again. I received the Winter's Feast Lantern and a common skin.

Steps to Reproduce

Normal weekly drops too.
