Clothing Not Loading in Multiplayer

It's possible that the server you are joining has a poor connection to our item servers and was not able to validate your clothing. Do you have access to the server logs of the server you're trying to play on?

i am also having problems with this on solo and multiplayer, even tho the servers i join have the best server operating equipment on the market

@Mason Hawley do you have access to the server logs when you're joining and your clothing isn't working?

how do i check server logs?

 

also i do know one fix to this, if your skins and charitors dont load in your wardrobe then leave the entire game then restart dont starve together

You'll need to send us this file

this implies an intermittent connection to our servers

You need to use Wardrobe to change skins after you bought them, if you are not on a character selection screen

But the fix i mentioned dose not work for everyone, for example my mom cant connect to the skins she bought no matter what she dose

Is your mom able to see the skins she purchased in the Item Collection?

No, she cant see any of the skins she prevoiusly purchased

Also i have found the part of the Client log where it says what causes this

@Mason Hawley yup, looks like your mom isn't able to contact any of our servers. Can you have her try to load these two links on a webpage on the same computer that she is trying to play DST on?
