The new skin for the berry bush hat does not generate particles on worlds with caves, I tested it on a server without caves and they worked normally. No mods installed at all.
Steps to Reproduce
Generate world with caves, wear bush hat skin, notice that no particles emit from the hat itself at all.
Worlds without caves will let it emit sparkles it seems.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
