can't use Garden rigamarij

When I right click Garden rigamarij, it doesn't work.

This means: I can't deploy it.

When I click and right click it onto ground, it says: I can't do it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. left click to choose the Garden rigamarij

2. Then right click to deploy to the ground

Then failed to deploy.

Is there any obstacle on the tile you want to deploy it? You need to make sure of it clean, or that won't work.
