Can't reskin deployed boat

Once a boat is deployed, the skin cannot be changed.

Steps to Reproduce

Deploy a boat

Try and clean sweep it

Nowhere to sweep.

Go to bugs

hope y'all figure something out, right now it's kind of sad that we can't reskin from the abandoned ship to the scrap metal boat when upgrading to malbatross sails
