On my single 4k monitor, when I set the game to fullscreen on any other resolution setting but 3840 x 2140, it enters fullscreen mode but only actually takes up a fourth of the monitor in the top left. With my actual desktop visible and darkened on the rest of the screen. But when I run it at 3840 x 2140 the framerate is locked to 29-30.
So I can't figure out how to get it to properly go fullscreen on any resolution but 3840 x 2140 or how to unlock the frames on 3840 x 2140 so it's actually tolerable.
Steps to Reproduce
Seems to be unique to this modern computer as my old one could run fullscreen just fine using the same monitor. But changing the actual monitor resolution doesn't help either, nor am I using multiple displays.
