Burning items on boats don't give ash.

I burned feathers to get ash on a boat since it wont catch fire but i did not get any.

Steps to Reproduce
place an item on a boat and burn it.
Go to bugs

This would be my guess. The item's ash spawning isn't really going to be effected.

Looks like scripts/standardcomponents.lua might need to have a change to DefaultBurntFn to have a take into account the vertical position of the boat when calling SetPosition on the ash.
