[Bug Report] Cant Attack Glitch

My friend is getting this weird glitch where he cant attack a mob but it exclusively only happens with dragonfly

at first he can attack Dfly like normal but then when he tries to attack during Dfly's phase where it spawns in the lavae when Dfly comes back

my friend cant attack it he can attack it but occasionally. even with ctrl + f . instead he just keeps walking to Dfly and pushing her only. we have tried reinstalling the game but the bug still happens. it only happens with Dfly we havent had any trouble fighting any other mobs . any help would be greatfull, thanks.

Steps to Reproduce
Fight Dragonfly normally then when Dfly enters the stage where it spawns in lavae when Dfly goes back to fight us my friend cant attack it for some reason.
Go to bugs

If your friend has any mods (especially extra map icon mods) have them disable them. Mods such as "Where's My Beefalo" are known to cause this.

Its as Mikro said. Map icon mods and specifically the "Where's My Beefalo" mod are known to be the root of this issue.
