Briars never seem to spawn properly in the worlds I create, no matter what I do. They spawn just fine when I join other's worlds but in every single one I make, they're just broken and I don't know why.
No, I dont have any mods enabled that would mess with them

I just encounter the briars like normal and theyre just broken, not doing anything special
