Similar to another group-related bug, the Auto Group Admins setting is always set to No when going to host an existing server, even if this was previously set to Yes.
Steps to Reproduce

Go to Host an existing group server with Auto Group Admins (steam_group_admins = true).
- If needed, create one and wait for it to load.
- Disconnect then go to Host it again.
- Auto Group Admins setting is No, even though the cluster.ini says steam_group_admins = true as was configured when creating/starting the server previously.
