i played this game for over 2 year and i never met this bug but when this is making just a stupid issue that is unplayable for me i have good pc enough to run dst 60fps but im having like 10-30 please klei help me with this thing

i tried to reinstall game and tried some other things but nothing helps

Just a quick question- do you have Windows 10, because I know there was an update which basically caused most of my games to be locked at 30 fps which was quite annoying, so if you do have W10, it may have something to do with that.
