Steps to Reproduce
Setup your ship and hoist the anchor down. Die on the edge of the boat with your inventory full and let the items squish at the edge. The items that will be jumping around will not try to escape, but will skip on the edge of the boat making it move slowly despite the fact there is an anchor.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
