Sorry to be very vague but I saw a dude who could walk on water in a public server using client console commands - not the server side commands. He wouldn't tell me exactly how the glitch is done, only that it's done with client commands. It looks as if he spawns in a fake client side boat, that he can then hop on... but it's obviously not that simple because that alone doesn't work. Someone with a bigger brain than me can figure this out. But once the word gets out about how to replicate the glitch, it's broken as hell, so it needs a fix.
